Scrum

In order to be as efficient as possible and transform the world of work, Houston Inc. has selected Scrum as the main development framework for software.

Scrum is the world's most well-known Agile framework. In Scrum work is divided into cycles called sprints. One sprints typically takes two to four weeks. In Scrum the work is organized with the help of a Product Backlog consisting of customer features. The customer has prioritized the backlog so that the application's return on investment is as high as possible. During each sprint the Scrum Team commits to pulling and executing as many features from the backlog as they think is possible. At the end of the sprint the Scrum Team delivers a new, deployable version of the application.
