What We Do

Houston Inc. is a lean business consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, committed to delivering innovation. Above all Houston is an agile service provider for multiple business sectors. Our first commercial product, called LAINA® was delivered in 2008.

Houston Mission

There is nothing permanent except change. The only constant is change. Change alone is unchanging: Business is changing, society we live in is changing, we are changing. We see change as an absolute value. We dare to turn change into power. We turn resistance into advantage.

The ways we did business yesterday give way to new paradigms. The consumer is more involved, more demanding, more educated and less forgiving. It's no longer about making a profit but rather about adding value – adding value to our employees, our customers, our shareholders, our community and our world. To survive the change we are going to have to be the change. And to be the change we have to know what's changing.

  We respect speed as an important ingredient in this fast changing world. We strongly believe that time is an invaluable resource. That is why we strive to optimize our velocity in anything we do. We do not want to rush, but after taking a responsible amount of time to weigh our options we make every effort to deliver a quality solution in the least amount of time possible. We achieve our velocity by eliminating what does not add value. This makes us efficient.
