In spring 2004 people responsible for IT matters in the financial sector in Finland were not completely convinced about the level of quality that was provided by companies that sell IT services. Tomi Ruotimo: “An idea of a really high-quality consulting company began to mature in my mind, in which we would pick IT professionals with excellent educational backgrounds, who have already won their spurs. I wanted Houston to be the most sought-after co-operating partner in Finnish strategic ICT projects and to be known as a high-quality consulting company abroad.”
Today our headcount is over twenty and personnel work either in our new state-of-the-art office to develop our worldclass products or with multiple clients on significant and challenging architecture and application projects. Houston Inc. has become one of the most “capable-to-deliver” software providers in Finland.
