Houston is looking for a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of some of our services in Houston Care. With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that empower businesses to thrive in the digital age. Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and your clients.
- Coordinate service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources and address client issues.
- Assist in managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- You have been working in software development industry before
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with related experience
- Project management skills with Agile mindset and passion for continuous improvement and excellence.
- You believe that close collaboration with clients and effective teamwork are the keys to success. You are at home with technology development and enjoy implementing plans and problem solving while keeping multiple stakeholders involved in the process.
- Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
You are proactive, communicative, focused and most of all a nice colleague. You are used to working independently and in teams. You want to support the technical team to new heights.
